Beatrice Malvisi
Beatrice Malvisi completed a Laurea in modern foreign languages and Literatures at the University of Florence, Italy, with a specialization in English language and literature. She received an M.A. in Italian language and literature from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to her arrival at West Virginia University, Malvisi taught Italian at the University of Pittsburgh. She has been with the department since 2006. She teaches elementary, intermediate Italian and upper-division courses including advanced conversation, culture, Italian literature and Italian folktales.
